This used to be a port back when the skycutters could travel between the provinces, but since we've long since lost contact with the other islands, the docks are mostly for show. Though we keep our ships in good repair, well... just in case. Since you are new to Valanaar, it might be worth your time to show yourself around. I'm sure there's work to be had for an enterprising adventurer as well, if you ask around. When you've finished, please deliver this note to High Elder Talaanis Shadowsong for me.
