This Libram is unlike the others. A most unique piece. It will not provide greater ability to dispatch one's foes, nor survive their assault. No, this is used to allow the binding of certain beings. I don't believe Master ever did successfully find a vessel for it. I will require a pristine black diamond, large brilliant shards, and an arcane crystal in order to fashion this. You'll likely find it where the binding ritual itself took place. The Master thought it would be of use.
