It is good to see you again. I have had no troubles keeping the kitchen stocked since you have been away, but I did notice this morning that I am just shy enough apples to make a pie. I thought it was time to give myself a little treat. If you can spare a few minutes, could you stop by the orchard and grab a few? Unfortunately I still haven't made Johnny's pie yet either, but I can't make a pie without apples and I won't waste apples on Johnny's pie! I will, of course, share a slice with you.
