Nefarian has long been engaged in experimentation involving the five dragonflights, and it seems this "simulacrum" of the Dragon Soul was one such experiment. I shudder to think of what could come of him successfully emulating even a fraction of the power of the true Dragon Soul. Please, seek out agents of the red dragons near the ruins of Grim Batol. I will enchant the simulacrum you carry to mark you as a friend of the red flight.
