adventurer, a moment of your time, please? I have heard the others speak praise of your deeds within the Barrow Deeps. Conveniently, I was recently commissioned to create rings to empower our ranks. I would like to give you the opportunity to pick the first among those I craft. I have the gemstones necessary, but without enchanted metals they will fail to be of any use. Enchanted Thorium Bars will satisfy this need. I, and the Watchers, would be grateful if you could procure some for us.
