There's a troll headhunter that's been roaming around Blackrock Mountain and the surrounding areas, taking any bounties she can get her hands on. We have had families cut short by her axes. The Burning Steppes are dangerous enough with caravan raiding ruffians, black dragonkin and ogres around--we can't let a murderous savage like that walk any of our shared roads. She's known as Ka'ya. Kill her and bring proof to me.
